Orders

We reserve the right to refuse the provision of services to anyone for any reason. Orders placed on behalf of another person without their consent, or otherwise, will be reported to the authorities.

WILLIAM WOHLER reserves the right to change prices and to correct erroneous prices on all orders and final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may require WILLIAM WOHLER to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the most appropriate way. This may be done at any time.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Changes to prices and content

WILLIAM WOHLER has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products shown in the store. We cannot guarantee that the display on your computer screen, whatever the colour, will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sale of our products to any person.

WILLIAM WOHLER may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All product descriptions and product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. WILLIAM WOHLER reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

We do not guarantee that the quality of the products purchased or that you will receive will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the service will be corrected.

It may happen that information on our website www.williamwohler.fr contains errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, transit times and availability. WILLIAM WOHLER reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

No specified update or refresh date applied in the service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Accuracy of billing and account information

WILLIAM WOHLER reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, WILLIAM WOHLER may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/telephone number provided at the time of the order. WILLIAM WOHLER reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders, at our sole judgement.

You undertake to provide current, complete and accurate information about your purchases and your account for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and their expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Tools

WILLIAM WOHLER may give you access to third-party tools over which we have no monitoring, control or input.

You acknowledge and agree that WILLIAM WOHLER provides access to such tools « as is » and « as available » without warranty, representation or condition of any kind and without any endorsement. WILLIAM WOHLER shall have no liability arising out of or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also offer new services and/or new features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these terms of service.

Personal information

WILLIAM WOHLER will record certain of your data in order to complete your purchase and will treat all personal information confidentially. You may also request access to your data and, in the event of a problem, you may amend or delete it. The submission of your personal information through the store is governed by our privacy policy.

Confirmation

Once we have received your order, WILLIAM WOHLER will send an electronic invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. You must enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend that you save this email to facilitate any contact you may have with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Cancellation

If, as a customer, you consider that delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to proceed with the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. Where the order has been dispatched, the customer must receive the order, and if an error on the website concerns the order (for example, an error regarding the price and/or the description of the goods), then WILLIAM WOHLER may cancel the order. Cancellation is valid only after confirmation by the customer to WILLIAM WOHLER, either by email or by telephone. If a product has been discontinued, WILLIAM WOHLER may cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid to the customer. WILLIAM WOHLER will inform the customer of the availability of a replacement or equivalent product.

Warranty

Your watch is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself (movement, case, glass).

If your watch develops a fault during this period, please contact us at contact@williamwohler.fr for information about repairs and the warranty.

Your warranty does not cover:

Batteries, straps or fastenings.
Damage caused by accidents or mishandling of any part of the watch, including strap buckles, straps and the watch glass.
Water ingress, except in watches marked as water-resistant, according to the degree of water resistance.
Deterioration of the colour of the strap or of the watch case.

These terms provide rights that are in addition to your statutory rights and do not affect your statutory rights.

Force majeure

WILLIAM WOHLER is exempt from all liability for damages and other penalties in cases where performance of the contract is prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Releasing factors to be taken into account include government intervention, new or amended legislation, absence of the State, war, fire, flood, labour disputes, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or failure to deliver on the part of suppliers, and the company being exposed to criminal activities that affect its operations.

Retention of title

All products remain the property of WILLIAM WOHLER until they have been paid for in full.

Termination

WILLIAM WOHLER may terminate your account at any time without notice; and/or may prevent you from accessing our site www.williamwohler.fr, at its sole discretion.

Fraud

All attempted fraud is reported to the authorities and WILLIAM WOHLER reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

User comments, feedback and other submissions

You agree that your comments will not violate any right, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or any other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, nor contain any computer virus or other malware that could affect the operation of the Service or of any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or mislead us or third parties as to the origin of the comments.
