Every watch comes with a twenty-four month warranty.
Your watch is warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself: movement, case, and crystal.
Making a Warranty Claim

Contact the retailer or online store where the watch was purchased for repair and warranty information.

If the watch was purchased from the WILLIAM WOHLER online store, please write to us directly at contact@williamwohler.fr.

If you are having difficulty obtaining repair or warranty information, please contact our customer service department by email and we will assist you.
Scope of the Warranty
Covers
Manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and crystal.
Excludes
Batteries, straps, or fastenings.
Excludes
Damage caused by accidents or mishandling of any part of the watch, including strap buckles, straps, and watch crystal.
Excludes
Water penetration, except in watches marked as water-resistant, according to the degree of water resistance.
Excludes
Tarnishing of the watch strap or case.
Your Rights
The terms of this warranty provide rights in addition to, and do not affect, statutory rights. In particular, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
